Based in Chamonix, I develop my work at the crossroads of field experience, media and public speaking, with one clear direction:
a cycling practice rooted in reality, focused on progression and confidence.

My practice revolves around two complementary pillars: coaching on the bike and sharing the stories it inspires.
The field comes first.
I coach women riders in road cycling, mountain biking and gravel, through coaching sessions, camps and cycling trips, in Chamonix and across France.
As a co-founder of GLOW Bike School, I develop a teaching approach based on practice, confidence and autonomy, with the goal of giving each rider the tools to progress sustainably.

I worked as a cycling media host for France Télévisions, contributed to podcasts and took part in sports and professional events, sharing cycling as I practiced and observed it in the field.
My media work and speaking engagements extend my coaching activity, addressing cycling, women in sport, usage, practices and wider social topics.
Who I am
After fifteen years working in communication, I chose in 2023 to redirect my professional life toward the field and knowledge transmission.
Today, I move between cycling coaching, media work and public speaking, with a strong belief that cycling is a powerful tool for confidence, autonomy and transformation.
